Why Rent to own?
At Purplepig.ie we know its difficult to save a substantial amount of money for a deposit, particularly if you are already paying rent. What Purplepig.ie allows you to do is move into your new home and use what would otherwise be “dead rent” to save for your deposit and not funding someone else investment portfolio or pension.
You pay a Buy Option fee and then monthly installments for up to 36 months. At the end of the period the Buy Option Fee and all the installments are credited back to you to allow a sufficient Deposit to raise a mortgage and close the sale. The property is then yours.
